Creating an Organizational Culture

The culture of an organization grows from the leadership—on purpose ideally. The culture is summed up in the phrase, “That’s the way we do things around here.” Do you want that to be said with an apologetic shrug of the shoulders, or with pride and enthusiasm? These articles encourage leaders to think deeply about the culture they want to develop, and nurture it intentionally.
